John Richardson talks with Ruthann Crowley, widow of Electronics Technician 1st Class Richard Hogeland, during a memorial ceremony in honor of the USS Scoprion (SSN 589) Sailors who were lost at sea 50 years ago. The ceremony took was conducted at the Scorpion Memorial at Naval Station Norfolk, and was attended by over 500 family members, friends and Shipmates of the 99 crewmembers lost.
