180526-N-AT530-0448 NORFOLK (May 26, 2018) Donna Neal, whose brother David Huckelberry was aboard USS Scoprion (SSN 589) at the time of her loss, decorates a wreath during a memorial ceremony in honor of Scoprion Sailors who were lost at sea 50 years ago. The ceremony took was conducted at the Scorpion Memorial at Naval Station Norfolk, and was attended by over 500 family members, friends and Shipmates of the 99 crewmembers lost.
