180522-M-AC825-0053 MIDDLE EAST (May 22, 2018) Sailors with the shock trauma platoon of Combat Logistics Detachment (CLD) 37, play roles of simulated casualties during casualty evacuation drills (CASEVAC) with U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to 1st Battalion, 126th Aviation Regiment. The shock trauma platoon is a part of the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force, Crisis Response-Central Command.
