Anna Hanson, a nurse with the shock trauma platoon of Combat Logistics Detachment (CLD) 37, plays the role of a simulated casualty during casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) drills provided by U.S. Army 1st Battalion, 126th Aviation Regiment. The shock trauma platoon is a part of the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force, Crisis Response-Central Command.
