Kaiser-class underway replenishment oiler USNS Pecos (T-AO 197) to provide a security escort through the Gulf of Tadjoura, May 4, 2018. TG-68.6 is forward-deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations and conducts joint and naval opera-tions, often in concert with allied and interagency partners, in order to advance U.S. national interests and security and stability in Europe and Africa.
