McCain (DDG 56) during a visit to McCain and Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. Blount participated in two youth football camps, answered questions, signed autographs and demonstrated and coached professional football techniques. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
