180323-N-DZ919-005 DILI, Timor-Leste (March 23, 2018) U.S. Navy Seabees assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, Construction Diving Detachment Bravo (CDDB) weld small boat fendering systems to the pile supported pier in Dili, Timor-Leste, March 23, 2018. CDDB is leading an effort with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 and Timor-Leste National Police’s Maritime Police Unit to construct a steel pile pier to increase small boat berthing in support of maritime security operations.
