180320-N-NM806-0054 PHILIPPINE SEA (March 20, 2018) An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter attached to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25 assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) fires 2.75-inch unguided rockets during a live-fire exercise. Wasp, part of the Wasp Expeditionary Strike Group, with embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, is operating in the Indo-Pacific region to enhance operability with partners, serve as a ready-response force for any type of contingency and advance the Up-Gunned ESG concept.
