(March 14, 2018) Lowcountry Middle School students compete at the seventh annual Tri-County Dimension U competition held at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SSC) Atlantic. SSC Alantic mentors and volunteers were on hand to facilitate and judge, and some parents and supporters were there to cheer their teams during the action in the atrium of the Main Engineering Center. SSC Atlantic develops, acquires and provides life cycle support for command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems, information technology and space capabilities. A leading-edge Navy engineering center, SSC Atlantic designs, builds, tests, fields and supports many of the finest front line C4ISR systems in use today, and those being planned for the future.
