The exercise brought U.S. Navy and U.S. Army MWD handlers from Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka, Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi and Camp Zama honoring both servicemembers and MWDs past and present. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
