Robinson, from Philadelphia, Pa., observes flight operations on the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2) during a simulated strait transit training exercise. Anchorage is underway with other ships of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) in the Navy’s first ARG Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) exercise.
