180305-N-NB142-425 PACIFIC OCEAN (March 5, 2018) Chief Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) Araseli Morales directs an F-35B Lightning II assigned to the “Avengers” of Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 211 on the flight deck of the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2). The Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) is completing the Navy’s first full-length ARG Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) exercise.
