CAMP COVINGTON, Guam (February, 23rd 2018) Equipment Operator Constructionman Travis Fryar, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, operates a crane in order to secure footings for a pier in a combined operation with the USS Frank Cable. NMCB-11 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
