180214-N-SM112-015 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Feb. 14, 2018) Sailors participate in replenishment-at-sea (RAS) with the fast combat support ship USNS Arctic (T-AO) and the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Arleigh Burke (DDG 551) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75).
