180207-M-XK350-074 RAYONG, Thailand (Feb. 7, 2018) U.S. Navy Sailor Builder 1st Class Corey Roberts, a project supervisor with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4, passes up a brick to a Royal Thai Navy sailor for a construction project at Somboonnaram School in support of Cobra Gold 2018 in Rayong province, Kingdom of Thailand. The Royal Thai Navy, U.S. Navy and Singapore Army worked together to construct a new multipurpose building for the school. Humanitarian Civic Action programs conducted during Cobra Gold 18 maintain a constant focus on improving the quality of life for the civilian residents as well as supporting the security and interest of our friends and partner nations.
