180131-N-SG189-0131 NORFOLK (Jan 31, 2018) The guided-missile destroyer USS Bulkeley (DDG 84) departs Naval Station Norfolk. Bulkeley is underway for a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX), which evaluates the strike group's ability as a whole to carry out sustained combat operations from the sea - ultimately certifying the Harry S.
