James Foggo III speaks to Sailors assigned to the Arleigh-Burke class guided-missile destroyers USS Donald Cook (DDG 75) and USS Porter (DDG 78) at an all hands call during his visit to Naval Station Rota, Spain. Foggo met with the Sailors to discuss the recent comprehensive review along with their role, safety and mission at sea.
