Andrew Biehn discuss about the Surface Warfare Officer Acquisition Corps (SWO AC) at the Surface Navy Association's 30th National Symposium. SWO AC officers serve with other members of the Navy acquisition workforce in leading and effectively managing Navy acquisition programs.
