Retirement Ceremony in honor of Anne R. Davis

Davis, director, Navy Civilian Workforce, and former assistant deputy chief of naval operations for Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education speaks during her retirement ceremony at the Army Navy Club. Chief of Naval Personnel Vice Adm. Robert Burke served as the ceremony's presiding officer. He presented Davis with the Navy Superior Civilian Service Award.
