191231-N-JM114-1428 DILI, Timor-Leste (Dec. 31, 2019) Equipment Operator 3rd Class Whittney Chelewski and Builder 3rd Class Asuncion Mandujano, deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, Detail Timor-Leste, use magnesium floats to remove excess concrete at the Liquica three-room schoolhouse construction site that will be equipped with a science, technology, and mathematics education laboratory.
