191228-N-JM114-1162 DILI, Timor-Leste (Dec. 28, 2019) Utilitiesman Constructionman Mario Moreno, deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, Detail Timor-Leste, ties rebar into the grade beam for a STEM laboratory construction project which will be the first of its kind in Timor-Leste.
