191219-N-CD254-1011 DILI, Timor-Leste (Dec. 19, 2019) Utilitiesman Constructionman Mario Moreno, left, and Construction Electrician 3rd Class Isaiah Bacon, deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, Detail Timor-Leste, saw reinforcing steel tie beams to the correct length for the two-room schoolhouse construction project in support of Timor-Leste’s Ministry of Health. This classroom and bathroom will give students a space to conduct research and enhance overall operations at the institute.
