191217-N-TI693-1132 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Dec. 17, 2019) The Spanish navy frigate ESPS Alvaro de Bazan (F 101) transits the Atlantic Ocean while overtaking the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64) during an inaugural passing exercise with U.S. Navy Destroyer Squadron 60 and the Spanish navy’s 31st surface squadron, Dec. 17, 2019.
