191206-N-CL550-0320 PHILIPPINE SEA (Dec. 3, 2019) Gunner’s Mate 3rd Class Franklin Jones, from Oneida, Tenn., fires a shot line from the forecastle of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69) to the Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE 7) during a replenishment-at-sea. Milius is underway conducting operations in the Indo-Pacific region while assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
