Darrow Mead, the administration officer aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64), from St. Augustine, Florida, looks out from the port bridge wing while standing watch as the officer of the deck during the U.K.-led Flag Officer Sea Training (FOST), Dec. 2, 2019.
