(Nov. 13, 2019) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 carry a simulated civilian casualty into an entry control point during NMCB-3’s field training exercise (FTX) at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. The battalion is conducting Operation Bearing Duel FTX that prepares and tests the battalion’s ability to enter a hostile location, build assigned construction projects and defend against enemy attacks using realistic scenarios while being evaluated by Naval Construction Group 1.
