Jonathan Hopkins, from Fallbrook, Calif., commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69), stands on the port bridge wing as Milius is underway in formation during Annual Exercise (ANNUALEX) 19.
