Soto, a recovery team member assigned to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), finishes excavating a unit in Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam, Nov. 9, 2019. DPAA was in the region conducting excavation operations in search of an aircraft that crashed there during the Vietnam War.
