191109-N-PG340-1003 ENNIBUR, Marshall Islands (Nov. 9, 2019) Seabees deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5 Detail Marshall Islands work with local Ennibur residents on building column forms during the pre-fabrication phase of the evacuation center that will serve as the local community’s disaster preparedness building.
