191107-N-DL524-1080 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Nov. 7, 2019) Sailors from the Navy’s forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) collect trash during a community relations (COMREL) project. More than 150 Sailors stationed on Ronald Reagan and at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) volunteered to pick up trash in the city of Yokosuka during the COMREL project. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of its allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
