191106-N-QR336-5005 NARRA, Philippines (Nov. 6, 2019) Seabees deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5 Detail Palawan and Seabees from the Armed Forces of the Philippines 2nd NMCB work together to place concrete for 13 footers that will be the base of a new two-classroom school at Malatgao Elementary School. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
