191028-N-LW757-1020 SAN DIEGO (Oct. 28, 2019) Hospital corpsmen assigned to Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) participate in a hospital corpsman skills basic (HMSB) recertification clinic at the hospital, Oct. 28. HMSB is designed to refresh and recertify hospital corpsman to perform basic skills such as inserting an IV, assessing patients, administering medication and drawing blood.
