Ford (CVN 78) weapons department, speaks into a sound powered telephone in the ship's pilot house during a general quarters training evolution aboard the ship. Gerald R. Ford conducted the general quarters and abandon ship training evolutions to better prepare the ship and crew in case of a real life casualty and in preparation for the crew getting underway.
