Quaid portrays Vice Adm. William “Bull” Halsey, the ship's namesake, in the upcoming movie "Midway." Stars of the movie visited with Sailors and Airmen assigned to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam before a special screening of the movie. The production aims to remind viewers just how precariously America’s future teetered in the early 1940s, and what cost, sacrifice and luck were required to achieve a free and open Indo-Pacific.
