Condrado Arcellana, assigned to Philippine Naval Forces West, track ships using SeaVision, a web-based, unclassified maritime information sharing and management environment, at the Philippine Navy’s Naval Forces West headquarters during Maritime Training Activity (MTA) Sama Sama 2019. Now in its third year, MTA Sama Sama includes forces from Japan, Philippines and the United States, and is designed to promote regional security cooperation, maintain and strengthen maritime partnerships, and enhance maritime interoperability.
