Elizabeth Montcalm-Smith, Navy Medicine Education, Training and Logistics Command (NMETLC) acting deputy commander, addresses San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg and San Antonio City Council members during a city hall meeting that included recognizing the Navy’s 244th birthday.
