191015-N-WR252-1071 OKINAWA, Japan (Oct. 15, 2019) Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, hang the battalion symbol on the headquarters building following the relief in place, transfer of authority (RIP/TOA) ceremony where NMCB 4 was relieved by NMCB 5 as the deployed Indo-Pacific battalion.
