Parker, a recruit division commander at Officer Training Command (OTCN) in Newport, Rhode Island, inspects the khaki uniform worn by students of Officer Candidate School (OCS) Class 03-20, Oct. 15, 2019. The candidates must have military bearing to leave their uniforms as is after the inspection is completed and can only recover when the command is given.
