Marte Saint-Hilaire, a doctor attached to the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20), consults a woman who is recovering from a prior knee surgery at a temporary medical treatment site in Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis, Oct. 5, 2019.
