(Oct. 3, 2019) Students of Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 02-20 start a water pump at the Damage Control Wet Trainer, also known as “BUTTERCUP,” located at Officer Training Command (OTCN) in Newport, R.I., on Oct. 3, 2019.
