190927-N-MD713-1007 PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 27, 2019) Sailors assigned to the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) care for a mock patient on Mercy’s flight deck during a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRN-E) decontamination drill. Mercy is currently operating off the coast of San Diego for Mercy Exercise 19-4 (MERCEX). Mercy is one of two hospital ships owned and operated by Military Sealift Command.
