Spencer observes as Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Dylan Roberts, assigned to Beach Master Unit (BMU) 1, operates a light amphibious recovery craft (LARC-V) as part of Arctic Expeditionary Capabilities Exercise (AECE) 2019.
