John Menoni, commander, Joint Region Marianas, observes morning colors with chief petty officers and chief petty officer selectees assigned to various commands throughout Guam during a 9/11 remembrance ceremony. The flag, which was hoisted in the National September 11 Memorial and Museum in New York City, will be given to local firefighters in honor the sacrifices of all that responded to the 9/11 attacks.
