190909-N-PI330-0058 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Sept. 9, 2019) The Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS San Jacinto (CG 56), the Royal Netherlands Navy De Zeven Provincien-class frigate HMNLS De Ruyter (F 804), the Arleigh-Burke-class guided-missile destroyers USS Stout (DDG 55) and USS James E. Williams (DDG 95) and USS Vella Gulf (CG 72) move in a formation scheme for live-fire exercises during a Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) exercise with other U.S. Navy warships.
