Stennis (CVN 74) returns to Naval Station Norfolk on Sept. 8.; Commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet ordered U.S. Navy ships in the area to depart ahead of Hurricane Dorian, which was forecasted to bring high winds and heavy rain to the East Coast.
