190903-N-UP025-039 ANCHORAGE, Alaska (Sept. 3, 2019) Chief Engineman Warren Florence, attached to Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Group 1, shoots an azimuth during land navigation training at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson during Arctic Expeditionary Capabilities Exercise 2019. EOD Training and Evaluation Unit 1 conducted the expeditionary combat skills training for EOD Group 1 Sailors and Marines in order to prepare them for operating in austere environments supporting EOD forces in eliminating explosive threats.
