(Sept. 3, 2019) Marines assigned to Task Force Albany plan for the arrival of Marine recruits from Parris Island to Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany, Ga., Sept. 3, 2019. MCLB Albany is expecting the arrival of over 7,000 recruits from Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island in response to Hurricane Dorian. A command leadership group from MCRD Parris Island departed for Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany ahead of the recruits in order to setup the base for training recruits.
