190829-M-IG936-0051 EAST TIMOR (Aug. 29, 2019) U.S. Marines with the Logistics Combat Element, Marine Rotational Force – Darwin (MRF-D) and Timor-Leste Defense Force soldiers ensure the Puretech Water Filtration System operates correctly and potable water is produced during Exercise Hari'i Hamutuk 2019 at Metinaro Military Base, Dili, Timor-Leste, Aug. 29, 2019. Hari'i Hamutuk is a multilateral exercise hosted by the Timor-Leste Defense Force, and includes participants from MRF-D, the U.S. Navy, the Australian Defence Force and the Japan Self-Defense Force. This exercise allows the participating nations to improve relationships by working together in a combined environment and through the exchange of subject matter expertise.
