(Aug. 9, 2019) Builder Constructionman Jose Iniesta, from San Antonio, Texas, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, and Builder Constructionman Wesley Friend, from Bloomington, Illinois, move a closet door during a volunteer renovation project at Gabriel’s House in Oxnard, California. Gabriel’s House provides resources to women and children in need, including shelter, food, financial skills, and job and skills training. Seabees are the expeditionary engineering and construction experts of the naval service. They provide task-tailored, adaptable and combat-ready engineering and construction forces that deploy to support Navy objectives globally.
