Adaci was among a group of distinguished visitors including Maj. Gen. Erickson Gloria, deputy chief of staff, armed forces of the Philippines, and Mr. Toby Purisima, the Philippines’ assistant secretary of civil defense, who observed flight operations during a tour of the ship.
